‘MY ACCOUNT’  service -  How it works
You can use this service to manage and/or add to your Shopping Cart. You can also check, track and monitor each of your orders. Through this service, you have access to:
  • The History of your Orders.
  • Order Management (in terms of quantity and type) and/or storage in the shopping cart (storage of products in your Favorites and then selection of part or set of selected products to complete the order).
  • Update your Profile. 
PLACING AN ORDER
  • Online Shopping Website: To place any order and complete your purchases through our online store, select the products you are interested in, placing them in the Shopping Cart. When you are ready to order, click on the Shopping Cart and complete your order by following the steps indicated.
  • By phone: If you wish to place an order by phone call 23920 41498, from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 13:00. Our customer service team will be able to process your order over the phone in most cases. 
  • Via email: If you wish to place an order via email send an email to [email protected], noting the products and the quantity you are interested in.
Please note that the subject line of the email should be: Online Purchase.
 
COMPANY’S RIGHT  TO REJECT AN ORDER OF PRODUCTS
The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion after prior notification to decline to engage in business with any customer. 
The Company shall have no obligations to the customer if: 
 
  • The customer designates as a place of delivery an inaccessible or inaccessible area.
  • The order concerns a large product (s) (indicatively weighing more than 100kg) unless the customer pays the additional shipping costs and only after prior agreement on how to ship between the customer and the Company
  • The customer asks to repay the purchase value by cash on delivery for a sum of more than 100 euros.
 
RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIVING ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER
Receipt in any case is made by the person mentioned in the order as the consignee with the demonstration of his identity card or passport or in general a public document suitable for proof of identity
 
TIME TO FULFILL THE SALE - DELIVERY
The delivery time of the products and services sold is specified in the order of availability, confirmed in the acceptance of the order by the Company, and is no more than sixty (30) working days from the time of the sale unless there is a special agreement, confirmed in writing, by email.
 
The Company must, after the order and before its acceptance and invoicing and after checking its stock, inform the customer within a reasonable time about the availability of the selected product. In case of shortage at the given time, can either offer it a similar product or inform him about the re-availability and the appropriate shipping time of it in the future if he agrees to maintain his existing order.
 
In the event of unforeseeable impediments to the delivery of a product/products, the Company has the right to postpone the delivery of all or part of the sold products and inform the client by email and a phone call. The total waiting time with the postponement must not exceed sixty (30) days from the date of approval of the order and the preparation of the sale.

PRICES
Our Company makes every effort to offer our products at the most competitive and interest cost for our customer.
The prices are charged with the respective product transfer fee as this will be determined upon completion of the order and is adjusted according to the kilos and dimensions of the delivered goods and the delivery area and they include value-added tax (VAT) 24%, (VAT will be calculated automatically and added to the bottom of the order).
If a product has an unexpected low price price, without any particular indication justifying it, please contact us before ordering the product, to investigate possible typographical errors.
The prices of the products are set by our Company, which owns exclusively the goods, based on pricing policies in the light of the free market and free competition and always under the existing national and European legislation.
Product prices are adjusted and any specific prices are offered on certain products until stocks last.
 
Our Company reserves the right to modify the prices of the offered products and services at any time without notice. The prices of the offered products or services are the listed ones.
The cost of our Company's products and services may be different between our physical and online stores.
 
Any additional product installation services or maintenance services (excluding warranty) is not included in the final purchase cost.
The vast majority of products can be easily installed by the customer himself.

Documents
For each sale, our Company issues the sales-service document required by law, which is determined by the legal form of the customer (natural or legal person) and his capacity (professional or individual).
